Does 3 week yoga retreat use weights6/4/2023 Do I just repeat the 3 week program, do I just repeat week 3? Are there other videos someone can recommend? I know some other yoga beachbody programs, but those are much longer duration and I really don't have the time to devote 3 hours of working out a day between my other 2 workouts and yoga. So I'm here to ask, for someone already lifting weights and doing cardio, what yoga do you recommend? My main goal is flexibility which is why I started in the first place and am noticing a difference in the first few weeks. ![]() Since covid has me locked down, I"m sure for now I could handle doing cardio 5x a week as well, but when work comes back, that won't be realistic. I weight lift 5x a week, complete a HIIT session on the spin bike 2x a week, and do a cardio session( Spin bike, boxing) 3x a week. ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm finishing up week 3 of 3 week yoga retreat and while I don't consider myself a yogi, I'm enjoying the flexibility I'm gaining.
